4. Order Processing

  6. Delivery: Items delivered to your location

5. Receiving Your Delivery

When your order arrives:

  • Be Present: Ensure someone is available to receive delivery
  • Inspect Items: Check all boxes and items before signing
  • Count Items: Verify correct quantity was delivered
  • Check for Damage: Look for visible damage to packaging or products
  • Document Issues: Note any problems on the delivery receipt
  • Sign: Only sign when satisfied with delivery
Important: Report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after this period may not be honored.

6. Delivery Access Requirements

For smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address
  • Include landmarks for hard-to-find locations
  • Ensure vehicle access to delivery point
  • Inform us of access restrictions (gates, narrow roads, stairs)
  • Provide working phone numbers

Offloading:

  • Standard delivery includes offloading at ground level
  • Delivery to upper floors may incur additional charges
  • Customer moves items from delivery point to final location

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one available to receive
  • Incorrect address
  • Inaccessible location
  • Customer rescheduling

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Self-Collection / Pickup

You can collect orders from our showroom:

  • Location: Ngara, Nairobi, Kenya
  • Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Bring order confirmation and ID
  • Arrange suitable transport
  • No delivery charges for self-collection
